University of Washington Landscape Architecture Design Build 2011 Monica's Village Place Design Build
Monica's Village Place I Design Build 2011 is the last studio project for me as this is the last quarter of school. My classmates and I have the privilege of working with a real client, get engaged with the community, and build a project that becomes an amenity for the community. Our project is in partnership with the Catholic Community Services. The newly built mixed-used building is a housing, services, and community economic development initiative focused on the Black community in Western Washington. Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services have implemented initiatives that focus on what we call “Communities of Concern.” The project site is a second floor courtyard situated above a parking garage and between the townhomes and apartments.

Resume and 5 work samples? Check
Today I just finished updating my resume and 5 work samples for an internship! This is a start to my portfolio. I hope I have some time to complete that. One more quarter left! So whoever is still left on checking this blog. Give me some feed back on my resume and work samples. Thanks. Oh btw it is good to be home!
